I will be an Advocate for Pay Equity for all Staff....The Staff is what keeps the City of Kamloops and Business's growing. When Staff is Happy with their pay their home lives are happier and creates a Healthy Environment for all. As Mayor i would Direct The Cao to ensure our staff are treated fairly. My Door Will always be open for discussion to any staff member that is being treated unfairly.
