Political Experience:
I have sat on the KTPVPA(Kamloops Thompson Principals, Viice Principals Association) executive for 12 years, and on the executive of the Kamloops Woman’s Soccer Association for several years.
Biography
I am proud to say that I am third generation born and raised in Kamloops. I have spent the last 34 years working in education as a teacher and principal. Learning and growing along with many students, staff, parents, and community members. I am a proud parent of three girls and grandparent to three beautiful children. After retirement in June of 2025, I still have a strong passion for learning and for education and I believe my experience will lend well to a positive position on the Kamloops School Board.

Measuring success: At the end of your four-year term, what specific results should parents, students, and voters look at to determine whether you were successful as a school trustee?

I would measure success by how well I did with using my 34 years of educational background, sound data, and respecting input from our school communities to help make decisions.
