Political Experience:
5 term school trustee. District committees have included: Finance and Planning, Education, Policy, CUPE Liasion, Indigenous Education Council, Mayor’s Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilitiies. Provincial committees inlcude: BC School Trustees Association (BCSTA) Okanagan Branch Vice President, BCSTA Finance & Audit Committee, BCSTA Provincial Council, BCSTA Working Group on Capital. I have also held the position of Board Chair and Vice-Chair.
Biography
Parent of 3, one still in high school in the Kamloops-Thompson School District. Active in my community through swim club, Rotary and other organizations. I’ve worked in forestry, health, agriculture and accounting.
